From your first message to a finished blouse — here's exactly what happens, step by step.
Send a reference
Share a photo of the design you like — bridal, custom, floral or your own idea — over WhatsApp, along with your blouse fabric colour.
Discuss the design
We talk through what's achievable on your fabric, the coverage you want, and any changes to the reference.
Get a quotation
Based on the design's complexity, coverage and materials, we give you a clear price and timeline.
Confirm your order
Once you're happy with the design and price, we confirm your slot — we only take a limited number of orders each month.
Embroidery begins
Your piece is hand-worked on the Aari frame. Heavy bridal work typically takes 30–50 hours; lighter custom work less.
Completion & handover
We share progress photos where useful, and once finished, arrange pickup or courier delivery.
